Important Details

All digital images are delivered via an online password-protected gallery.

Your unique photo gallery will allow you to download digital photos instantly. You also have the choice to purchase prints, wall canvases, and more.

My turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding date.

I do offer an expedited post-production service. Please inquire if interested.

I also provide high-resolution digital images for personal printing that will be mailed to you on a USB drive.

Photo Tips

For the best photos, ladies should get their hair and makeup done. The Virgin Islands can get a little warm, especially when wearing a suit; it is strongly recommended that guys wear an undershirt to mitigate sweaty armpits in the photos.

The best photos happen when my subjects feel comfortable and drop their guard with the camera. It transitions from the perfectly posed to capturing cherished moments of emotion. Try to wear something timeless and comfortable that portrays your personalities.

Try not to stress out. Children are little busybodies, curious about the world. Sometimes they’ll cooperate and sometimes they just can’t hold still. Don’t worry, I’ve got two at home that keep me plenty busy. We’ll work around their mood. Sometimes the best photos come when you least expect it.

FAQ

What is the best time of day for a wedding?

Anytime! If you want bright Caribbean turquoise ocean then morning through mid afternoon is a great time to get married. If your looking less shadows more pastels with a darker slivery blue ocean then sunset is what your looking for.

How much photography do I need?

That really depends on your needs. I can do a 1 hour elopement or get very detail from the beginning of your day to the end. My pricing is set up so you can have as little or as much time you need. Please send me contact me if you need help figuring out how much time you need.

How will I receive our photos after our wedding?

I create a private gallery for you to share with friends and family where you may download all the images. Please reach out to me for additional details.

Do you photograph elopements?

Yes, I love secret weddings!! Cruise ship weddings and elopements turn out amazing on St Thomas.

How many photos do I get after the wedding?

ALOT. Every wedding is different so I can’t give you an exact number but its always been a sufficient amount. Thoroughly telling your love story is my greatest pleasure. Don’t worry you get to keep them all and share them with family and friends.

Do you retouch your photos?

You only live once you better love yourself!! Your “imperfections” are what make you perfectly you. That being said I do a basic editing on all my photos to make sure they are the best they can be. I also strongly encourage having hair and make up done professionally rather heavy editing on photos. If you do have a special photo that needs a little “extra” please contact me so we can take a look at it more closely.

What kind of equipment do you have?

I shoot with professional grade Nikon cameras and have so many lens that I have lost count. I also have back up equipment! Preparation is the key to prevention.

Should I do a first look?

Yes! It creates a private magical moment between you and your love. It can also relax you both to connect before the ceremony!

How long will it be until I get my photos?

I try to give you a sneak peek ASAP for sharing with friends and family. I complete set of photos takes approximately 4 weeks from wedding date.

What do we do if it rains?

It rains just about everyday in the Virgin Islands. Most times it won’t last long and we just work around it. If we have to postpone due to weather my Im willing to reschedule depending on my availability.
